Well Blessed Weeds

I am well blessed, but the title comes from my Mother's Day outing with my closest friend and fellow photography enthusiast.  After eating lunch out at a sit down restaurant while our wonderful husbands stayed with our children, we spent two hours at a local nursery taking pictures.  I have a lot of pictures from that time, but I believe my sweetest shot is of my sweet friend, Julie.
Her hair really is that bright and beautiful!
Sweet Shot Day
If you read my real life blog you might have already seen my favorite flowers and textures of this past week at my post about my retreat.  But if not, here is a new version of one and one of my favorites to enjoy.

Both of these are edited with "Magic Edges" Soft Light (mostly erased off of the little building).  The second one also has "Warm Grunge" Overlay (I think).  I thought I kept the .psd time so I could look, but I can't find them.
