I must admit I am a little disappointed with the ones of Sunflower. I just didn't have enough light for some of the shots, especially lying on the entry floor trying to get the right angle. I was hoping for time for a second chance, but it didn't happen.
That's okay. She had a grand time with Captain Awesome. I'm sure he'll give in to her demands again.
Also, someone mentioned that being excited over photography got them over their fear of bugs--it appears photography has gotten me over my fear of seeing my children way up high.
I really went outside to see if he needed help getting down. His brother and cousins had already left the tree. Handy that I happened to snag my camera on the way out!
I love this shot. I'm definitely going to demand my aunt have us over again sooner rather than later. Her yard is a divine photo spot and the first 200 pictures I took were not saved in my empty camera. Who knew "No/Demo" meant I didn't have a memory card in?

What a really cool, mossy tree :) I will love to see what you do with all of them!
Ouch, heartbreaking about the memory card! (Reminds me of not realizing I didn't have film in my camera for the first two days of the cruise my Grandma sent us on.) But the shots you did get are good. :)
You might feel like your shots of Sunflower are too dark, but in my opinion, her red hair and her adorable smile totally brightens it up!
SO cute! Love your little girl's hair!
