I really look forward to seeing everyone's sunsets which is probably what I will do all morning even though I have over due library books, camping laundry, and homework for my "Finding Your Eye" class to do. I can catch up on that all tomorrow, right?
I do only have two photos to share today. I could narrow it down to one, but I find it interesting how changing the ISO changed the shot (moving 20 feet and the sun moving lower down also had a play in it).

I wanted to play with shutter speeds and change lenses, but that sun went down fast! I had 3 minutes between my first shot when we got to where we could see the sunset to my last shot where the sun is behind those trees. I was changing settings as I ran to get a better view. Next time we'll eat dinner a little faster!
Have fun seeing all the other sunsets over at
Jill's blog! I hope to do so; I think the boys can do the laundry.

What a beautifuk sunset. I'm not sure I'd do anything to these because they are so pretty SOOC. Still, can't wait to see what you do with them!
VERY pretty! Love the sun burst!
Lovely shots - you sure have to be quick with a sunset - I've been caught out in the past.
These are both beautiful - and happy 3rd birthday to Sunflower. :)
SO pretty- I love sunsets over water!
I really love that 2nd one!
First thank you for the kind remark on my photo blog. I am glad you did as it let me to your blog...your work is beautiful...love your sunset, but fell in love with your various shots of your daughter, I presume. You are really learning your craft, which makes me appreciate more your leaving a comment on mine. Smiles: Sharon
Beautiful! Love how you got a little sun flare in that first one.
Isn't it crazy how you don't seem to notice how quickly the sun sets until you want to photograph it? At least it was for me! Haha The sunflare in your photos are awesome! Great captures!
Lovely silhouettes with a lovely sunset backdrop!
